We will try very hard to accommodate all the pupils who wish to participate in a club, but as you will appreciate some clubs can only accommodate a small number of children and will operate on a first come first served basis.
Your child can only stay for an after school club if the parent has signed a permission slip.
Members of staff willingly give up their own time to run these clubs, and it is important that your child does attend each week. If, for any reason, your child is unable to attend the adult in charge, needs to be informed as soon as possible.
We also expect pupils to maintain the standard of behaviour expected of any other school activity. Poor behaviour will result in your child missing a session or being unable to continue attending their chosen activity.
If after school clubs cannot take place due to bad weather pupils will instead do activities inside. Sessions will only be cancelled if we are unable to cover for staff absence. Please note that we are unable to supervise siblings of children attending the club, and they will need to be collected from school at the normal time. Outdoor lunch clubs will not go ahead if the weather is bad.
