School Council 2021-2022

Term 1

This term, the school council have been sharing the views of their classes with different subject leaders. They have been instrumental in teachers receiving feedback on how children feel about their learning, how they access lessons and talking about what could be improved in the future. All subject leaders even have 'evaluating my subject with the school council' on their action plans!

Term 2

The school council have worked hard to organise the events for this year's 'Children in Need'. They worked hard to plan the event as well as produce posters to promote the day. On the day, they also had to work hard to collect the children's donations to enter the school raffle. During the morning, they also invited parents into the school grounds to create our 'loose change Pudsey'.

Term 3:

This term, the children will be looking at how to improve the Year 5 and 6 cloakroom, asking their peers to help them choose some subject-specific wall art to replace the mural which has been in the cloakroom for many years.

Term 5 UPDATE

The improvements to the Year 4, 5 and 6 cloakrooms have begun with the installation of new lockers...
